A few simple habits keep TARJO safe for everyone. None of this replaces your own judgment.

Before you choose a provider

  • Check the provider's profile, past jobs and reviews.
  • Read the offer carefully — price, timing and what's included.
  • Ask questions in chat before you decide. A clear answer is a good sign.

While the task is in progress

  • Keep communication inside the platform where possible — it's easier to look back on later.
  • Agree on price and scope before work starts, not after.
  • Trust your instincts. If something feels off, pause and ask more questions.

What TARJO does and doesn't do

  • TARJO connects customers with independent providers and gives you tools to evaluate them.
  • TARJO is not a party to the agreement between you and the provider, and does not guarantee the outcome, price or timing of any job.
